1. How do I find nutritional and allergen information on your website?
   You can find out nutritional values and allergen info for our menu items by visiting our Meal Calculator page. This section of our site also has downloadable forms for printing with our nutrition values and allergen information.
2. How can I get a list of the ingredients in your food?
   If you are wondering about ingredients due to an allergy or food preference (i.e. you are a vegan), please check out our Meal Calculator page for PDFs that include nutritional info, vegetarian/vegan designations, and an allergen listing. For any other questions, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to get you the answer.
3. What do the calories on your menu board include for each sandwich?
   The calories on our menu boards include whatever is listed in the description of the sandwich, such as bread, meat(s) & cheese. Toppings are not included, but you can use our Meal Calculator to get calories for your particular sandwich order.
4. How can I find out the calories or nutrition on an individual part of my sandwich or salad?
   You can use the Meal Calculator to build your sandwich or salad, then underneath the Nutrition Facts section, click on "Add to My Meal," then "Show Full Meal." You will then see a pop-up window with the breakdown of everything you have added to your meal.
5. Are you doing anything to reduce the sodium levels in your food?
   We are always working with our vendors to ensure that our food remains tasty and wholesome, and sodium plays a part in each. We understand you may have a desire for lower sodium options and we are constantly looking for ways to give our customers exactly what they want. This is an area that we are exploring with our vendors – so please stay tuned!

Skinny Pair & Soups

1. What size soup does the Skinny Pair come with?
   The Skinny Pair is a sandwich & soup combination that comes with a Side soup, which is 6 ounces. Our Cup of soup, is 8 ounces, and is sold à la carte.
2. How many soups do you sell?
   We are now serving four soups at most shops! We changed the soup schedule a bit, but we think you'll enjoy your new options!
3. Last year you stopped selling the Skinny Pair, but I love it! Can I get it year round now?
   We will make it available as long as there is demand for it. Our hope is to keep it on until late Spring/Early Summer! We will bring it back again in the fall, for soup season.
4. Is your Spicy Black Bean & Roasted Tomato soup vegetarian/vegan?
   Yes, it is our newest vegan option! And it's quite delicious, if we do say so ourselves.
5. The soup selection changed at my neighborhood Potbelly. What's up with that?
   We added a yummy new soup to our rotation (Spicy Black Bean & Roasted Tomato) and we are now serving four soups at most shops! We did have to change the soup schedule a bit, but we think you'll enjoy your new options!

9. Do you do catering?
   Potbelly does cater! Please visit our Catering page for all catering information. Please note that shops in our newest markets may not begin catering right away. Feel free to contact your Neighborhood Shop for more details.
10. Does Potbelly deliver?
    We sure do! You can have your Potbelly sandwiches and salads delivered to your office or door from most of our locations. Look up your Neighborhood Shop to see if your favorite Potbelly delivers, check if you're in the "zone," or to confirm hours of delivery. Please note that newly opened shops may not begin delivery right away.
11. How can I purchase Potbelly hot peppers, mustard, shirts or hats?
    Our retail items are available for purchase within our shops. Use our Store Locator to find the shop closest to you.
